Bar: Evidence Exam

Is in less than two hours. Ugh. I am glad I'm taking this course now so at least the rules will be vaguely familiar when it comes time to studying this summer. I wish they were more than vaguely familiar right now, though. Maybe the exam will be really similar to the review questions, of which there are lots of sample answers from class.
I feel like an inadmissible, unauthenticated exhibit that is hearsay and whose only possible relevance is for specific acts in conformity with a character propensity.

Bride: Bra Cups!

My dress has a really, really low back. The bodice is tight and has boning, so I don't think I really need a bra. But I think I am going to ask my FMIL/seamstress to sew in bra cups just to keep things supported and separated, you know? And seriously, they cost $7.50 a pair. Considering the specialty bridal bras start around $50 or $60, this seems like the way to go. Yay! Any recommendations for vendors? I know a professional seamstress would have this in stock, but since mine is my FMIL I want to help her with this research.

Here Comes the Bar!

Welcome to my chronicle of studying for the bar and wedding planning. I'm taking the California Bar Exam in July 2007, and I'm getting married in October 2007 on the East Coast.
